  CROUTONS OF SALENTO
 

Ingredients
Bread, Vizzino sun dried tomatoes, tiny balls of mozzarella cheese, Capers, Sliced olives, Chopped avocado, Olive oil and basil as needed.
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Preparation
Take Vizzino sun dried tomatoes, drain olive oil, and cut into small slices, put into a bowl the sliced tomatoes, the mozzarella cheese, the capers, the chopped olives and the chopped avocado, then garnish with olive oil and basil. Dish the mixed ingredients onto grilled bread while still warm.
