Thick bread slices (sort of “ciabatta” bread), Cream cheese (at will), Vizzino sun dried tomatoes (one jar), Fresh minced parsley
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Mix some parsley with the cream cheese. Toast the bread slices and then spread the cheese and parsley cream on the bread while still warm. Take Vizzino sun dried tomatoes and drain extra olive oil, slice them (not too thin), use to garnish the bread spread with cheese. Then sprinkle the parsley left and serve.
